Dina Emser, Executive Leadership Coach

Dina Emser is a founding partner of Emser International Inc. and an author, speaker and leadership coach. Over the last decade, Dina has served thousands of professionals through her trainings, individual coaching and coaching groups. A recovering school teacher and principal, Dina was certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach in 2000, and has worked with companies of all sizes from solo-prenuers to Fortune 100 companies to step up their presence as leaders.

Dina believes strongly that people are uniquely talented and that as they are encouraged and empowered with strategies to bring more of their unique abilities to the world, everyone benefits. She has written extensively and her essays are published monthly in Numero magazine. She is a co-author of Roadmap to Success with Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard. In 2009 she wrote her first solo book, Trusting the Fortune Within. Her upcoming book called The Working Parent’s Guide to Raising Great Team Members: Learn to Lead with Respect, Grace & Dignity and Get the Results You Desire is expected in 2012.
