Parent Teacher Organization (P.T.O)
"Every Child. One Voice."
Dionne Warwick Institute's wonderfully diverse and supportive atmosphere allows our students to thrive in many capacities, both academically and socially. The role of the Dionne Warwick Institute's PTO is to further help our children in all their educational and extra-curricular endeavors with support, volunteerism and dedication. We have several fundraisers each year: The Candy Fundraiser, Holiday Shoppe, Winter Wednesday's and Book Fairs which helps us with that goal. Our parent volunteer base unfailingly offers help in many capacities: in the classrooms through enrichment programs such as Classroom Readers; Play Ground Beautification projects; with additional recognition programs such as the Academic Awards and Top Reader's. Our PTO helps to put together fun activities such as Fashion Shows, Pajama Day, Jeans Day, Friendship Dances, Muffins with Moms, Danish with Dads and of course the End of School Year Carnival. We also provide our families with essential academic information maintain social communication about local community events. The Dionne Warwick Institute PTO is an ever-evolving organization dedicated to bringing the best and brightest new ways to grow both community involvement and the finest environment to meet our children's needs.
