About Zumba with Karina: If somebody were to ask me, what things has always been a part of my life? Without even thinking, I would say, “Fitness and Dancing”. I grew up in a musical country, in a family where music was always present. I danced since I was a child. I was always a part of my school dance team, took private classes, and gave private and public dancing presentations as a group, as well as couple dancing. It was not only a way of life; it also brought me tremendous satisfaction. Today, thanks to ZUMBA, I can enjoy that passion once again and share it with others. While incorporating ZUMBA into my fitness routine, I am also offering the BEST cardiovascular exercise there is, “high energy interval cardio training”. For me it couldn’t get any better. It was like a dream come true. ZUMBA gave me the opportunity to teach and share with everyone, all the fun, energy and benefits that cardiovascular exercise can bring, all while “having a blast”!
So this page is a combination of the two passions and disciplines I have follow all my life “Weight Training and for my form of cardiovascular exercise, ZUMBA”. I believe it to be a PERFECT winning Fit Combo!!! Weight Training is the most productive form of exercise, for men and women. Here is why: It builds strength, develops muscle, strengthens bones, improves overall fitness, increases the body's caloric consumption, helps control bodyfat, improves posture, slows the effects of aging, increases resistance to injury, and transforms physical appearance.
No other single form of exercise can produce all this benefits. That's why strength training is the most important element of an exercise program. And is supplemented by other forms of exercise that will include cardio and flexibility work, (Like: Zumba , or any other cardio class and yoga). I recommend at least two or three non consecutive workouts per week, no longer than an hour.
So, why Zumba with Karina? And why is one of the best forms of cardiovascular exercise? Zumba It's a very exciting dance fitness party with an atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You'll forget you're working out with fun and simple moves to dance music like Salsa, reggaeton, cumbia, merengue and more. Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience!

It's fun and effective, using interval training (Which is prove to be the best way to burn body fat and exercising your heart), Zumba combine fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms.

The workout is basically watch and follow. The moves are repeated often enough for you to catch on and they're not complicated. The routines are repeated week after week with additions every now and then to spice things up even more!
