Dish Society

Aaron Lyons, a first-time restaurateur, created the casual, farm-to-table concept for Dish Society while earning his MBA at The University of Texas at Austin. The original location opened in the high-energy Galleria area of Houston in 2014 to great success. The "flex-casual" eatery offers an ingredient-driven menu with counter service for breakfast, lunch and brunch and table service during social hour and dinner.

Dedicated to using the highest quality and freshest ingredients possible, Dish Society sources primarily from local suppliers. The all-day diner turns out a seasonally changing menu with fresh, healthful twists on traditional favorites.

In addition to the robust coffee program by Greenway Coffee, guests can enjoy fresh-pressed juices, a rotating selection of local craft beers, and an approachable wine list served in a modern industrial atmosphere, as well as a craft cocktail program at their Katy and Memorial locations.

A second Dish Society location opened in 2015 at LaCenterra Shopping Center at Cinco Ranch in Katy, Texas, and the third venue is part of Memorial Green, the new luxury multi-use space, opening in Fall 2017. Store No. 4 is coming to Houston's buzzy Heights neighborhood at 11th and Yale in 2018.
