Distillery Market

The Distillery Market is the place for you! We are a 13,000 square foot Indoor market warehouse, located Downtown Lexington’s Historic Distillery District. Portions of vendor fees will be donated to a different local charity monthly.

The Distillery Market is expected to grow to upwards of 100 Kentucky local farmers, producers, boutiques, artists and makers.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
Please email us for your Distillery Market application at OldTarrStudiosLexKy@aol.com. No requests submited through social media (Facebook or Instagram) will be considered. The Distillery Market is accepting applications in the following categories:
•Local producers
•Farmers
•Artisan
•Makers
•Central Kentucky boutiques

Perspective vendors must be able to provide photos of their booth set-up. The Distillery Market will not accept more than a reasonable number of similar vendor types, depending on the type. All approved vendors must abide by the Distillery Market rules and regulations. Below are the terms and conditions being a vendor at the Distillery Market. By submitting the application, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

FEES & INVOICING

Currently there are 2 size vendor booths. Here are the fees associated with those booths.
8’x8’=$50 or 8’x15’=$75

PAYMENTS
Invoices will be sent to vendors on the Monday two weeks prior to each Distillery Market. Each invoice will contain the following information: Date and Time of The Distillery Market The Vendor Fee amount, and deadline for payment Consequences for lack of payment Reminder of cancellation policy

Lack of payment by payment deadline will result in a $20 dollar late fee that will be adjusted on the invoice and resent to the vendor. Any vendors with outstanding fees from previous markets cannot participate in any future Distillery Markets until those fees are current.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Vendors have until the Friday of the week prior to the Distillery Market to cancel and receive a full refund of their fee. Vendors that cancel on that Friday or after will not be eligible for a refund. Vendors will be expected to contact the coordinator and inform them of the cancellation regardless of the cancellation deadline stated in the application.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendors are allotted 2 sizes booth at a discounted rate -8’x8′ =$50 or 8’x15′ =$75 Need more space? Let’s talk! Vendors are responsible for bringing their own materials, including , tables, lights, and chairs. Tables bay be rented from the venue at a cost of $10 per table (6′ buffet and black linen) from the venue at a cost of $10 per. All vendors are required to bring their own extension cord and surge protector. Vendors are required to secure any and all permits required for their booth, if needed. **See peddlers permit below.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED
No national or franchised chain establishment. No illicit materials. No alcoholic beverages Don’t not Leave trash behind at their site will be restricted from participating in the next Distillery Market.
