Thank you in advance for respecting the privacy and time of our other guests. Our waiting area is reserve
for guests waiting to be serviced. For the convenience of all guests please refrain from bringing or inviting any guest to your scheduled appointment. All guests deserve to have a peaceful and satisfying experience. Our salon environment is one of relaxation and service. For the sake of safety and peace, we do not encourage children without appointments in the salon.

CONSULTATIONS
Consultations must be scheduled with your stylist prior to the first appointment. We strive to personalize your experience and suggest the perfect style based on your individual needs to help you achieve desired results. Consultations are designed to give you an opportunity to meet your stylist and explain your needs and expectations. All consultations and services are scheduled by appointment only. Consultations may be scheduled to discuss hair care, hair thinning, transition from relaxed to natural, hair extensions (hair texture, color, style, length and care) and product choices.

HAIR PREPARATION
Proper hair preparation is the foundation of a fabulous hair experience. It could mean the difference between long healthy hair and broken damaged hair. It is the most important step to healthy hair care. Proper hair preparation in many cases

Arrive Early: Arriving early will allow you to enjoy every minute of your experience. However, if you do arrive late, please remember that your service must end on time so the next guest isn’t delayed, regardless of how late you start. Our scheduling is designed to allow for sufficient time needed to complete your service. A 30 minute grace period will apply to each appointment. If you are running late for your appointment, please alert your stylist. Late arrivals for any reason may result in rescheduling or restructuring your appointment.
