Divine Light Reiki and Inspiration

Our life energy goes by many names: China it is qi, ki in Japan, and prana in India. Science refers to it as biofield energy. When you have low life energy it is more difficult to deal with stress and anxiety, you may not sleep well and you are also more susceptible to illness, you may also feel, "stuck" I like to think of this, when our life energy is strong, you feel like you did when you were young...GREAT...and are far less likely to get sick. Reiki is a technique that heals mind, body, and soul thus your supply of life energy is increased. Reiki is administered through the hands of a Reiki practitioner with the client lying fully clothed on a massage table. A session usually lasts between 45 minutes to an hour and a half. After a session you feel relaxed, peaceful and a sense of well-being. Reiki is GREAT for everything and for EVERYONE!
