Birth is a sacred act - one that ushers a woman into motherhood. Beside that birthing mother should be adept, skilled people to aid her in the birthing process.

It has been shown in numerous studies that having a Doula present reduces the chances of unwanted medical interventions, lower rates of Cesarean sections, lower rates of pain medication use, as well as overall more positive feelings towards birth.

A Doula is a person who has experience with the birth process, aiding the mother in nothing medical in nature. Rather, a Doula supports mothers emotionally and physically - so that the mother may be relaxed and ready to birth.
