The Founder of DLW is an innovative, passionate lover of people with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Educational Psychology. We provide "Life Coaching" sessions to individuals who are in need of "life’s reset button," with tools to help you navigate through difficult times. We can all get stagnant and loose our way at times, but with help, you will receive one free session from a "Certified Life Coach" to assist you to get back on track. We are here for you, you will be working with a team with over 20 years’ experience, passion and commitment.

The DLW training institute is a consulting firm that provides quality training for foster parents, case managers, and residential treatment staff and to anyone who is interested in the skill set of “how to effectively communicate with their clients”. We will also provide consultation to any child placing agencies, child care licensing administrators, foster/kinship care staff who fall under the guidelines of CCL (Child Care Licensing). As an Educator/Consultant your staff will receive a powerful, motivational, impactful seminar to encourage them to stay enthused. Here at DLW we believe in you!
