Our founder and director Julissa E. Garcia took a different path from her studies to make her vision of creating an inviting, good vibes, and serene studio. A place where people can come to feel healthy, happy and connected. Honoring that vision is our amazing yogi tribe of instructors, therapists and body workers.

Our welcoming studio is something new, for our tribe to open their hearts, make friends, join a community, and strengthen their bodies.

All of our classes are available for all levels of students, with every instructor offering adjustments in each class to fit your level of needs.
