Dollar Mountain Woodworks

Dollar Mountain Woodworks started out of necessity after my wife and I had our third child. We needed a piece that was strong, solid and timeless that would give us room to grow. Over the course of several months we made several other items and had many requests from friends and family to build items for them. My number one priority is to build items that are solid and timeless. My wish is that every project we send out of the shop is an instant conversation starter. Each piece that I produce is hard for me to let go. I can only hope that you will find the beauty in the details and that each one does not go unnoticed.

Dollar Mountain Woodworks was started towards the end of my 17 year Marine Corps career. After serving in Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, Eastern Europe and several other countries, I found an outlet in wood working that helped me transition into the civilian world as well as interact with my four children. Our children are incorporated into every build in one way or another and are given the opportunity to watch and learn from start to finish.
