Weight lifting machines are located on the upper (Nautilus certified machines) & lower levels of the fitness center. Each machine is designed to pinpoint each muscle in your body to ensure a complete workout.

Boxing Room located on lower level complete with bag, dummies, pads, & gloves.

Other equipment available for use:
Free weights:2lbs-150lbs, barbells, dumb bells, stability balls, jump ropes, resistance bands, TRX, battling rope, yoga matts, power steps, pilates weighted balls: 1lbs & 2lbs, tractor tires, plyo boxes, kettle balls, agility ladders, & much more.
