I truly love Downey as I have lived here all my life and also continue to raise my family here. I’ve attended all Downey Schools and graduated from Downey High School. Graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a BS, a teaching credential and a Masters in Computer Technology. I have held my real estate License since 1985, and have been a member of the Downey Association of Realtors, also for 30 years. My experience in real estate starts with working for a developer/builder, where I learned from the ground up, how a home is built. As the escrow manager in this company, I learned all the intricate details of closing. My memberships include; National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Downey Association of Realtors. I’m also a Notary Public.

The history of Downey is rich and the community takes pride in its award winning schools, as well as strong community involvement. There are so many organizations that you can volunteer with and that support so many wonderful causes. Some of my organizations that I belong to are: Soroptimist Club of Downey, Assistance League of Downey, Downey YMCA, many schools PTA’s, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and The Downey Symphony just to name a few. There are many opportunities for a person to get involved and make a difference. This is why I consider myself your Downey expert, not only have I lived here all my live, I’m also involved in the community and want to give back to it in every way.

I pride myself in honesty and efficiency. If you are my buyer, I always find the perfect home for my client and listen to their needs and wants. If you are my Seller, I do my research to make sure you are getting the highest price and best buyer for their home. I enjoy handling each transaction from start to finish by myself, not a team. We have one of the largest offices in Downey with over 100 agents and our own Escrow office, so I have many resources, but I prefer to not work with a team. I prefer my clients dealing with me at all times. I’m always a call, text or Email away. I will explain every step of the process and work out any issues along the way.
