Double S Land and Cattle Company

Founded in 2002 with the purpose of providing affordable rental houses to the Hazel Green area, Double S Land and Cattle Company is excited to provide you with your next home.

Amenities include:
Central heat and air, ceiling fans, mini blinds, refrigerator w/ ice maker, dishwasher, stove, washer & dryer hookup, and grass cutting provided.

We are pet friendly with a $ 100.00 non-refundable one time pet deposit.
No more than two pets per household.
Weight Limit: 50lbs and under

No Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Mastiffs, Great Dane, St. Bernard, and Malamutes.

Lease term is for 12 Months.

Application Procedures:
1) Complete the Application. An application can be picked up at 661 Carriger Road, Hazel Green, AL.
Once tentatively approved:
2) Provide Photo Identification and Social Security Card
3) Proof of income (2 recent pay stubs or Tax forms)
4) Pay an Application fee of $ 25.00.

Once your application is approved, to reserve a house you must pay a holding deposit of $650.00.

Please be advised that in the event of cancellation, your $650.00 holding fee and $ 25.00 application fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

At the time your information is received, we will begin to hold the house if a holding deposit has been paid and process all of your paperwork. A current and previous rental, salary requirements, credit history and criminal back ground check will be investigated.

Stephens Property Management reserves the right to deny any application that does not meet the financial and /or criminal criteria.

If your application is declined for any reason, the applicants Holding Deposit of $650.00 will be returned. If applicant is approved the $650.00 Holding Deposit will be applied to Damage Deposit.
