Callie Pediatrics

In 1973, after having worked at the Tucson Clinic for two years, Dr. Albert S. Callie decided to open a private pediatric practice in Tucson. Dr. Callie had moved with his wife Joyce and three children to Tucson in 1971, from Ohio (they both grew up in Pennsylvania). His practice grew and thrived, with the support of dedicated staff and families who have been Dr. Callie's patients for multiple generations.

In 1997, Dr. Callie's son Albert joined the practice and the office moved a few blocks east, to the current location. Today, our provider team also includes Nurse Practitioners Erin Cowan and Nicole Bencs. We are currently in the final stages of expanding and renovating our office space, to better serve a growing number of children and families in our community!
