Dr. Amber Romer - Chiropractic Clinic of Iowa

Dr. Amber Romer was raised in the small town of Fairfax, Iowa. She has always had a passion for health care but decided on a career in chiropractic after running her first half marathon in college. After the race she experienced severe knee and hip pain. A local chiropractor was able to relieve her pain and get her back to running races after just a few visits. She found that regular chiropractor care not only resolved her knee and hip issues but also prevented future injuries.

Dr. Romer started her college career at the University of Iowa where she became an avid Hawkeye fan. She continued her education at the highly regarded Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2015. During her time at Palmer she learned the latest in diagnosis, spinal adjusting techniques and physiotherapy. She also participated in a Clinic Abroad Trip to Fiji where she had the opportunity to help hundreds of underprivileged patients.

Dr. Romer now resides in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with her yellow lab, Jake. In her spare time she enjoys running races, biking and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes as well as spending time with her family and friends.
