About Dr. Hussain Malik:

•Active Staff member at Pocono Medical Center for over 30 years.
•Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery.
•Member of Council of Trustees, East Stroudsburg University, Appointed by Governor Tom Ridge.
•President APPNA, (Association of Pakistani Physicians of Pakistan Decent of North America) 2005, an organization representing approximately 10,000 Pakistani American Physicians.
-While President, took approximately 250 APPNA members and their
families took the first ever Good Will and CME trip to India and attended
Medical Seminars in New Delhi and Bombay in collaboration with the local
faculty. In addition, they also had very positive interaction with high level
Government Officials.
-During Spring Meeting in Washington D.C. APPNA members attended the
White House briefing with Bush Administration officials to discuss the
issues facing Pakistani Americans after 9/11.
-Annual Summer Meeting in Houston, Texas was financially the most
successful APPNA meeting.
-APPNA members raised funds to help Katrina and Tsunami victims.
•President Kind Edward Medical College Alumni Association of North America 2000.
•President PA/NJ Chapter of APPNA 1996-1998.
•Chairman, Department of Surgery at Pocono Medical Center 1991-1996. He was Co-Chairman, Operating Room Committee, 1992-1994.
•Past Member Board of Directors of Human Development Foundation of North America, a philanthropic organization promoting education and healthcare in rural areas or Pakistan.
•Graduated from King Edward Medical College in 1969.


About Dr. Malik's Office:

•Some of the E.N.T. Procedures Dr. Malik performs include: Tubes in the ears, Nasal and Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Ear Surgery, Facial Fractures, Skin Cancer of the Face and Neck, Throat Cancer, and Surgery for Snoring and Sleep Apnea.
•Some of the Facial Plastic Surgical Procedures Dr. Malik offers are: Face Lift, Nose Job (Rhinoplasty), Scar Revisions, Chin Implants, and Surgery for Prominent Ears.
•Dr. Malik has appointments available MWF from 9:00am- 5:00pm. He performs surgery at Pocono Medical Center on Tuesday and Thursday.
