Dr. Joe L. Kethley, DDS

Dr. Joe Kethley is a Board Certified Oral Surgeon in Abilene, Texas. Dr. Kethley graduated from Abilene High School in May of 1965 where he went on to McMurry College until 1967. In September of 1969 he went on to Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas until January of 1974 where he Graduated with a D.D.S. Degree. From July of 1974 to June of 1975 he was an Intern, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Confederate Memorial Medical Center at LSU at Shreveport, Louisiana. Resident, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, LSU Medical Center at Shreveport, Lousiana from July 1975- June 1977. Between 1977 and 1994 Dr. Kethley had several different roles. He spent some time as the Director of Scott and White Division of Dentistry and gained considerable knowledge in staff and budget management. Dr. Kethley also had some teaching responsibilities as an associate professor of the Department of Surgery, Texas A&M College of Medicine. 1994 Dr. Kethley returned to his hometown to become a Private Practice and specialize in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Kethley's professional career has been one of constant growth, education and commitment to quality patient care. Dr. Kethley specializes in Third Molar Extraction, Simple Extractions, Implants, TMJ and Oral Pathology.
