Dr. Russell Ash: Family Dentistry

I'd like to use this space to introduce myself. I was raised in Colorado Springs. After completing my Bachelor of Science degree I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Colorado at their medical campus in Denver. This training provided opportunities to serve in a wide variety of settings from pediatric clinics to retirement centers.

I worked as a dentist for about 4 years (primarily in Alamogordo, NM) before deciding to settle down and run my own dental office in the Albuquerque community. I have offered a full range of dental services including fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, root canals, and dentures.

I truly believe you'll find that I work hard to treat people with patience, empathy, and compassion--not just because it is good business, but because I enjoy my work more when I do. Because I would expect the same, I strive to provide quality work, and I try to help people understand their various treatment options and why treatment is sometimes needed. When I'm not practicing dentistry I'm generally busy with family. My wife Maria and I will have been married for eleven years this summer, and we enjoy many activities together with our three children including sports, music, and the outdoors. I particularly enjoy guitar and playing, making, and listening to music.
