Dr. Susan Carter O'Shea

Dr. Carter O'Shea, originally from Liberty, graduated, with honors, from Liberty High School in 1981. For her undergraduate study, Dr. Carter O'Shea attended Southwest Missouri State University and William Jewell College. Her undergraduate achievements included Dean's List at both universities. In 1989 she graduated from the University of Missouri, Kansas City Dental School. Dr. Carter O'Shea is an active member of the Clay-Platte Dental Society and the Greater Kansas City Women's Dental Club. She is life long resident of Liberty and has been in practice since 1989.
