How Dream Zzzz's began....
I have always loved creating and my inspiration grew when my husband and I found out we had a little one on the way. When it came to decorating our nursery, I quickly realized the decor I wanted wasn't very easy to find. When I did find what I was looking for, the problem would be that the price wasn't quite in our budget, so I started creating my own baby and children items for our nursery. My very first product was a Peter Pan mobile. We chose to keep our little one's gender a surprise & I found Peter to be quite fitting on being neutral. It was the very first one I made, & although the quality of our products have been upgraded over time, I think that one will always have sentimental value. That mobile still hangs in our little boy's nursery.

Towards the end of my pregnancy, I was hospitalized for almost 100 days (shocking, I know!). Well, in the past, I was all about work, work, work & more work...constantly on the move since I was 18. You can imagine I had no idea what to do with so much free time now that I was restricted. Naturally, I turned to an old love, crafting. As I started to share my work on social media, I began getting requests from friends & from there Dream Zzzz's slowly started to grow.

For the most part, I am the creator and designer of Dream Zzzz's, although, I do have a behind the scene creative director (my husband), and of course my little inspiration (our healthy and happy baby boy). I'm a wife to a US Marine (like I said, always on the move :p), now I'm a stay-at-home mom (completely new territory), a full time student (why didn't I get this done when I was still on mommy and daddy's bank account? ha!), & now a mompreneur (get it? entrepreneur+ mom = mompreneur. Yes, I know, so corny :p). So, that's me in approximately 355 words. Athina. Nursery mobile maker, now extending into nursery signs, & the possibilities can be endless.
