DreamTime Hops

We are a small, family-owned and run farm located in Upstate New York's Mohawk Valley region. This region once had a rich history of hop growing, and it is our endeavor to bring that history back to life again today. While adopting some current agricultural practices such as growing our plants on a high-trellising system, we simultaneously strive to protect our home, farmland and plants by not following suit with the current practice of spraying harmful pesticides and herbicides on our plants. Our farm is also our home, and we strive to keep it safe for you and us. Another old fashioned practice we have incorporated on our farm is the use of honeybees - lots and lots of honeybees - for natural pollination. We have teamed up with a local beekeeper who entrusts us with his bees each summer, forming a symbiotic relationship between our hops and his bees. We feel good about these small choices that make a big difference to our soil, plants and water. We believe this wholesome goodness will be reflected back in the beer you will brew with our hops.
