Dry Creek Ranch

Dry Creek Ranch was originally part of the Bennett and Witter Mill, The Bennett & Witter Mill began operation on the Pilchuck River in 1876. E.C. Ferguson was an owner for a short while but sold it to his father-in-law, Hiram D. Morgan (1822-1906), and the mill was in business well into the new century as the Morgan Brothers Lumber and Shingle Mill.
