Dukes Steakhouse

In 1996, the Minarick and Breeding families joined to bring a superior dining experience to Castle Rock. They could not resist naming a great steak house after a Grand Champion bull owned by the Breeding family: Duke. Duke’s Steakhouse was born. Everyone from faithful carnivores to vegetarians was excited about Duke’s uncompromising quality at reasonable prices. In 2010, Duke’s Steakhouse opened in Castle Pines. The families have been thrilled to be joined by so many new loyal Castle Pines, Parker and Castle Rock customers.
