Dumpling Time, now open in San Francisco, California, specializing in handmade creations. Dumpling time will provide a new experience for people in the bay area with it’s delicious and unique handmade dumplings. Dumpling Time will soon be known as the “neighborhood’s dumpling and brew house.” A place to relax and enjoy good food in a laid back atmosphere. Dumpling Time is the latest venture from veteran restaurateur Kash Feng, owner of the Michelin starred Omakase and Bib Gourmand Okane.

The shop’s handmade dumplings will come in three to five different shapes and fillings. Fillings will include heritage pork, veggies, chicken, lamb, wagyu beef, and a range of seafood. Dumpling Time is also going to make it’s menu playful by having colorful dumpling-skin options made with beet reductions or spinach. Those who are not feeling pan-fried gyoza, will be offered our daily noodle option. Dumpling Time will also offer ten local draft beers, bottled beers, along with wine as well.

The food isn’t the only thing that's going to make Dumpling Time the new hit spot. The restaurant will include up to 70 seats and an additional 20 in the patio. Aya Jessani, designer of Omakase, Okane, and Breakfast at Tiffany’s, also designed the new dumpling house. She used specs of neon color schemes inspired by Asian night market and street vendors which overall, contributes to the restaurant’s unique ambiance.
