Dunkin Taxidermy

In 2012 I packed my bags to head to Wisconsin to pursue a dream that I had been interested in ever since I was about 6 years old. I started this dream at Rinehart Taxidermy Institute where I was taught the basics of taxidermy in four categories, Deer, Fish, Small Mammals, and lastly Birds. It didn't take long to realize that Taxidermy was more than just a job for me but is something I am truly passionate about! Early in 2015 I decided to sharpen my skills and learn from a Legendary Taxidermist named Joe Meder. I spent a week one on one with Joe learning all of his tricks and tactics of precision Taxidermy. Joe has raised over 200 whitetail deer throughout his lifetime, and has an extremely good idea of their anatomy which he carries over to his Taxidermy skill that he did a great job of teaching me throughout that week I spent with him! Learning from Joe really opened my eyes to competitive Taxidermy and I now know what an alive whitetail deer is supposed to look like. Deer will always be my bread and butter but I am very interested in working with other big game animals!
