Dutch Kings Day Los Angeles

The Consulate of the Netherlands in Los Angeles and the United Netherlands Organizations (UNO) of SoCal, together with the local Dutch community, will bring you a great celebration of Dutch King's Day in Southern California!

The official birthday of the Dutch King Willem-Alexander in the Netherlands is on April 27th - a national holiday. If it is during the week, LA celebrates King's day on a Sunday.

What to expect?
On King's Day, a Dutch street fair atmosphere will be created. It is a showcase of Dutch tradition, including:
* tulips, and more Dutch flowers
* Dutch foods 'kroket', poffertjes, haring' and a whole range of other delicacies
* Dutch beer - Heineken
* a flea market / vrijmarkt
* kids games
* exhibitions
* arts and crafts
* performances & dances
* live music by Dutch talent
* and much more.

All people of Southern California are invited to join in this memorable family-friendly celebration. Attendance by more than 3000 people, who came from Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Phoenix and more.
