As a commercial contractor, we have developed many successful retail locations in and around the South Louisiana area, such as Bass Pro Shops, Sam's Club and Broadway Place in Denham Springs, as well as the working on large and small residential projects such as Louisiana School for the Deaf, LSU Dormitories, Apartment Complexes, Broussard Community Centers in Broussard, LA.

Fa-Kouri Construction is the residential side of our business, offering new home construction, "Aging in Place" modifications, additions, renovations and repair.
"Aging In Place" refers to constructing and remodeling homes to be more easily accessible to those with limited mobility. Many homeowners find they love their existing home but have difficulty accessing bedrooms, bathrooms, closets and kitchen which may not have been built with these limitations in mind.
