Early Childhood Alliance

Early Childhood Alliance (ECA) is a non-profit organization serving the early education needs of children across northern Indiana. Our services include parent engagement programs; assistance for families searching for child care; training, coaching, and technical assistance for early childhood professionals; direct early care and education in two accredited learning centers; and working with other service organizations and the business community.
