Mrs. Heath is a Certified Etiquette Instructor and a Certified Event Planner. She holds a certificate degree from George Washington University in Event Management. She also has earned a certification as a Certified Wedding Specialist. Mrs. Heath is the owner of Ms. Patti’s Little Princess Tea Party. While she plans teas for girls, she also introduce them to etiquette in a various unique way.
