East Coast Tae Kwon Do:

We are a small ITF style martial arts school. We place strong values on discipline, control, self worth, fitness, kickboxing, and self defense.

We offer classes twice a week on Tues & Thurs nights.

We accept kids 5 & 1/2 and older.

No contracts or registrations fee's.

Students are proud to "earn" their rank with us, nothing is given away.

We do our best with giving back to a great community that has helped us grow to what we have become today.

We do an annual "Fitness for Food" fundraiser where the kids perform different exercises to earn money for our local food bank. Last year the kids did over 8,000 reps of kicks, squats, and push ups to earn close to $2,200.

We also added a fundraiser for Dollars for Scholars this past year selling car wash passes with Mr Hot Shine. The first time went very well, earning just over $800 for the scholarships...
