The East End Bazaar is an open-air market featuring a variety of functional and collectible arts and crafts. It will provide local artists, artisans, and craftspeople a much-needed venue to display and sell their wares, such as paintings, textiles, sculpture, jewelry, handmade crafts like soaps and baskets, photography, baked goods, pottery, hand-blown glass, and plenty more surprises. The Bazaar also features fresh produce and delicious, locally-sourced food vendors each week, as well as up-and-coming local musicians and other performers.
The Bazaar is located at the corner of Washington Street, East and Ruffner Avenue, in what for years has been a vacant lot. Aside from enhancing the aesthetic character of the intersection, the market is contributing to the East End’s revitalization as a thriving, vibrant arts district. The Bazaar is held Saturdays from April through October, from 10:00AM to 3:00PM.
