East End Neighborhood House

East End was founded in 1907 by Miss Hedwig Kosbab, and has been at the center of our community since then. EENH serves people at every stage of the Circle of Life-children, adults, and seniors. Thousands upon thousands of people have found support, community, and oppritunity here through our family enriched programs. Here at EENH, we offer a variety of programs for each person such as: Child Day Care/ Head Start, Rites of Passage, Youth and Family Services, Computer Classes/Labs, Transitional Adult Employment, Acholics Anonymous, Family to Family, Senior Activites and Employment, and lastly Foster Grandparent Programs.

We focus on measurable, quantifiable results at East End Neighborhood House. We know how many people we served, the outcome, and success stories. Through the years we've been recognized for excellence by major national social service organizations, pioneered cultrually rich programs and materials that are now in use nationally, received suppport from some of the nation's best-known foundations, and impressed government bodies who recognized the impact of our efforts.
