East Hills Communities

East Hills Communities is a combination of town homes and apartments offered to all people that have a limited income. The income limits are based on the HUD guidelines for Allegheny County. We are proud to offer a variety of floor plans with fully equipped interiors, professional landscaped grounds, a community center and clubhouse offering activities for all ages and on-site community services to support our resident needs. In addition to all these wonderful aspects, we are proud of our Resident Council who contributes generously in making our community the best it can be.
