East Porterville is an unincorporated community in Tulare County, California, United States. The community lies by the Sierra Foothills adjacent to the city of Porterville. The population was 7,331 at the 2010 census, up from 6,730 at the 2000 census. For statistical purposes, the United States Census Bureau has defined East Porterville as a census-designated place (CDP).
