East Valley Conscious Dance

Join East Valley Conscious Dance each Tuesday, as we listen to the language of our motion within and together, through a practice of authentic free-form movement. We'll dance a 5-Rhythms inspired, double wave of eclectic music as we invite self discovery through the organic unfolding of our dance, authentic feeling, and presence. This is a judgement-free zone; your full expression is invited. Come dive deep into what is alive in you, lean into your ecstasy, grounding, and heart.

Dress to move, no chemical or heavy fragrances & remember your water bottle. We dance on a floating wood floor to support joint and body health. YOU are welcome here! ♥
