Eastburg Community Alliance

The Eastburg Community Alliance is a 501c3 non-profit organization that supports and develops positive social, cultural, educational, and economic opportunities in downtown East Stroudsburg. The ECA organizes community-enriching programming and events throughout the year in cooperation with local partners. The ECA operates a designated Main Street Program, through which it administers a facade grant program for commercial district enhancement and promotes a wide variety of downtown opportunities. The ECA is committed to historic preservation and the retention and promotion of local history and unique 'sense of place' in downtown East Stroudsburg.
