David has been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years, both as a personal trainer and and as a fitness enthusiast – and always dreamed of owning his own training center. After achieving good results using the bodybuilding training method, he reached a plateau, and grew weary of “hitting the gym” for an hour or more.

In 2012, David met some people who were doing the same types of workouts he used to do in high school sports, but in their gym. After one workout, he was instantly hooked. Results came quickly, and monotony never set in. While working out of town, David tried out several training facilities throughout the Northeast and Southwest, and found that all were different and all offered freedom from the fitness norm.

After spending 5-months in Brazil serving as a missionary with his family, David returned to the US with a renewed sense of purpose and a plan to implement. He and his family have moved to DFW.

David was formerly an IFPA Certified Personal Trainer and is currently a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and CrossFit Mobility Trainer.

Eat.Train.Live. is not an affiliate of Crossfit, Inc. (yet!). While David will train using some (though not all) of CrossFit’s methods, this is not a CrossFit affiliate, CrossFit training center, and we do not “CrossFit”.
