Like most other women in their late 20’s, early 30's, I work full time, I am a wife, a mother, and I barely have time for myself. Like you, I constantly put my career and family first and struggle to find time to take care of me.
This page is about the truth: the good, the bad, and the ugly. I am not here to mommy shame you, to flaunt a perfect body after kids, or to pretend like dieting and finding time to exercise is easy. I am here to share my life with you- my bad mommy/wife moments, my recipes successes and failures, and my daily struggle to stay on track with my nutrition.
This page will focus on nutrition for now and will hopefully grow to be so much more.
