Our Concept: A combination of different world cuisines with eclectic salads and small plates, ultimately creating a menu with a uniquely fresh accent – enhanced by locally grown and organic produce and a 300-bottle wine list.
The space makes a bold statement. From the vibrant décor to the intriguing open kitchen, this 180-seat dining showplace will delight you with artistic culinary creations for breakfast and dinner.
The centerpiece of the restaurant is the coveted Chef’s Table. With seats for up to eight guests, it is an intimate venue for enjoying custom meals or five-course tastings. Like the Eau Bistro menu, these tastings are offered on a nightly basis and change regularly.
For private gatherings the Wine Room at Eau Bistro accommodates up to 40 guests in gracious style. This space is perfect for dinner meetings, rehearsal dinners and celebrations. Please contact Eau Bistro in regards to booking the Wine Room for your next event!
