The Eagle County Charter Academy is a unique charter school that brings parents, students and staff together in a rich, extended learning environment to create students who are respectful, responsible, accountable learners and contributors to the community.
ECCA opened during the 1994-1995 school year and was granted the second charter in the state of Colorado. Originally, ECCA started with 64 middle school students in grades 5 - 7, but this number quickly expanded during the 1995 - 1996 school year to encompass 128 students in grades 5 - 8.
