ECS is a registered wholesale sales organization, which means we have direct
relationships with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and all major processing networks.
Most other companies you talk to will just be agents or sub-agents, middlemen
with no direct relationships to Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

ECS pricing is based on “interchange plus”. This means your price is based on
Visa and MasterCard’s publicly available interchange rates. This not only simplifies your pricing but also keeps our dealings with you transparent. This
transparency shows our commitment to our philosophy of approaching each
merchant with honesty and integrity.

We take customer service seriously. We handle everything in-house allowing us
to easily and efficiently handle all your needs including service, delivery,
installation, customer support, and supplies.

Are you interested in signing up for more than one program but are worried it will be difficult to manage? No problem. We offer each of our merchants their own personal portal where all payment processing programs can be managed with one simple login. You can view monthly statements and get detailed reports to help you better manage your business.
