Ecstatic Dance Seattle

Experience free-form movement in a safe and non-judgmental space. It's a place to Move, Breath, Connect, Meditate, and Play! No dance experience necessary. There are also percussion instruments to play with the music, an altar for sacred space and an ending sharing circle.

Ecstatic Dance Seattle meets twice every week:
WEDNESDAY evenings — 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm
SUNDAY mornings — 10:30 am to 12:30 pm
