Eddyville Police Department

The members of the Eddyville Police Department Believe:

> That the members of this department shall at all times observe and display, by deed and action, the utmost respect for human dignity and the sanctity of life.

> That the members of this department shall display honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior at all times. All members of this department will constantly strive in both their professional and private endeavors to be guided in accordance with the Law Enforcement Code of Ethics.

> That the Police Department is a part of a government which exists for the purpose of serving the community for which it is accountable.

> That the members of this department will individually and collectively develop an equitable partnership with the citizens of this community in order to address concerns of mutual interest.

> That as a member of this department we will treat each other with mutual trust, fairness, and dignity as we strive to accomplish the mission of our Police Department.
