EDGE Athlete Lounge is designed as a smarter way to train -- created by athletes, for athletes. Post-exercise athletes are faced with muscle fatigue, soreness, and inflammation that typically take 48 hours or more to leave the body...until now. Using EDGE tools, athletes can hit the reset button in just 1 hour. EDGE is a revolutionary space where you can train, grab a bite to eat afterward, catch up with fellow teammates, and correctly recover your ever-active body. Our training area features a Wahoo Kickr Bike Studio, Woodway Treadmills, and Training Equipment with a wide variety of group classes available. Our recovery lounge features RecoveryPump Boots, Water Therapy, Electrical Stimulation, Laser Therapy, Spa therapy, Physical Therapy, and Chiropractic Services. After workout and recovery, stop by our cafe for Intelligentsia Coffee and food from our athlete-centered menu. We've got everything you need for your complete workout and training regimen in one place! Free parking is available.
