A modern twist on the traditional steakhouse, the Edge offers an outstanding selection of entrees – ranging from Prime Aged Steaks and Wagyu Beef to Seared Horseradish Encrusted Ahi Tuna, Seared Sea Scallops, Rack of Niman Ranch Lamb and Buffalo Roasted Tenderloin – along with a large variety of creative appetizers and micro-desserts.

In addition to a full bar with specialty drinks that range from the Prickly Pear and Spicy Sombrero to the Up Scale Martini, Edge Steakhouse features a great selection of domestic, international and local beers, as well as one of the largest wine selections in Park City with more than 1,000 bottles from around the world.
