Our owner, Mr. Ed., is a 35-year Army veteran who is committed to serving the best BBQ food in all of Texas. He and his wife, Waldean, enjoy catering to military and first-responders; it’s their way of giving back to those who risk their lives every day for our safety.

What makes our restaurant different from the other BBQ eateries, is that Mr. Ed serves up smoked meat. With a special healthy option for lunch, along with big sandwiches, family meals, meals for kids, and more, we have something for everyone.
