Tuesday - 6am (Jessica), 7am (Jessica), Noon (Steve), 5pm (Steve), 6pm (Steve), 7pm (Steve); 8pm - Olympic Lifting
Wednesday - 6am, 7am, Noon, 5pm, 6pm & 7pm
Thursday - 6am (Jessica), 7am (Jessica), Noon (Steve), 5pm (Steve), 6pm (Steve), 7pm (Steve); 8pm - Olympic Lifting; 8pm - Foundations Class
Friday - 6am (Jessica), 7am (Jessica), Noon, 5pm (Steve), 6pm (Steve), 7pm (Steve)
Saturday - 10am and 11am
Sunday - 11am (Foundations), Noon and 1pm
Foundations:
THURSDAY - 8pm
SUNDAY- 11am
The foundations program is mandatory for all beginning CrossFit athletes. You will cover the foundational movements, progressions, and lectures essential to your success as a CrossFitter. The duration of this program ranges from 3 to 5 classes and graduating to the WOD classes will be determined by your proficiency with the movements, not by your strength or endurance level. You may test out of the foundations program by appointment.
Open Gym:
MONDAY-SUNDAY
Any time there is no class scheduled, efc Crossfit members have full access to the box until 11pm.
Pricing:
efc Crossfit offers unlimited monthly memberships only. We do not offer any other membership options and we do not offer a groupon. The price is affordable because we want you to be awesome; the only way this will happen is if you come often. I'll tell you how often. When the time comes, I'll tell you how much more often.
Monthly unlimited classes and open gym: $160.00
($100.00 efc CrossFit membership, $60.00 Rock Health and Fitness Membership)
Rock Health and Fitness non-member drop-in: $25.00
Rock Health and Fitness member drop-in: $10.00
