Effingham Public Library

Welcome to the Effingham Public Library. The Effingham Public Library is the public library of Effingham, Illinois. We have over 60,000 books, magazines, and audio-visual materials and an annual circulation of over 237,000 items. We also offer a wide variety of programs and services.

We are a member of the Illinois Heartland Library System. We have a nine member board of trustees that set policy and services, and holiday closings for our library.
