El Azteca is a family owned and operated business, founded by Nicolas and Rebeca Berumen in Fairfield, CA. in 1975. After four years of success they expanded to the Vacaville, CA. location in November of 1979. Their strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service and authentic Mexican cuisine has made El Azteca a staple of Mexican food in Solano County for over 30 years. For the past 3 decades El Azteca has had a strong focus on community involvement, donating food and time to support local community programs.
